Not bad, it does the job but not better than the table unit, good for traveling but bring a lot of plastic.
Don’t bother. This does not keep the food air tight. I have been using and each time the bag end ups with air in it. Unfortunately I’m past the return window and am stuck with this.Editing to redo the review: the company reached out to me personally and is helping me with trouble shooting to get the product to work for me!

I found the "Chef Preserve Vacuum" very easy to use and more convenient to store. It was quick and easy to handle. Really good for smaller food items. I know I will be using this more often than the larger bulky one that you have to drag out and try to remember how to use each time. Really worth the money and especially with the bags being washable and reusable. Great purchase!
